Gala Concert “Georgy Sviridov: Sacred Love” at Helikon Opera

On December 16, the Chamber Choir Ozarenie participated in the large-scale gala concert “GEORGY SVIRIDOV: SACRED LOVE” at Helikon Opera, commemorating the 110th anniversary of the birth of Georgy Vasilyevich Sviridov.

The first part of the evening featured orchestral performances of Time, Forward! and The Snowstorm, while the second part presented Sacred Love and the monumental Pathetic Oratorio.

More than 400 musicians, singers, and performers united on stage, filling the Stravinsky Hall with a magnificent and powerful sound. The concert was an unforgettable celebration of Sviridov’s artistic legacy—impressive in both scale and impact.
